No, pick up only, you can order online, by phone, or walk in
Just take out here.
I just went in to pick up a hot and ready pizza and was rudely told by the manager that due to understaffing they would not be serving any more food today. There was over 2 hours until close, and absolutely no need for the ride attitude I received. I will not be giving them anymore business.
Went in on a Saturday around 5pm understanding that they would be busy. I was surprised to find that there was only one customer inside waiting at the register. I stood in line at the register for a few minutes and I noticed that neither of the 2 guys out back were acknowledging my presence or the presence of the guy in front of me. I asked gentalman in front of me if he'd been helped or acknowledged yet. He said "no, and ive been waiting for 10 minutes." I spoke up &said to worker out back "hey guys are we gonna be awknowledged anytime soon? " The guy spun around, eyes wide & full of anger and hollered at me that he was busy. The other customer and myself both left. II'll never go back there again.
No stuffed crust available. No Pepsi 2L available. The Wonderful woman working the evening of July 8th 2019, Jamie offered an extra pizza on site and a free Stuffed crust pizza of my choosing the next evening. This alone made my review change from a terrible 1 to an exceptional 5! Apparently more then one associate quit without notice on this date and she made up for the added stress with EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will absolutely be back! Great Job Jamie, keep up the great work and I hope you get a commendation!
The closing manager the other night was great. Super friendly and food was delicious.
Love the crazy bread
Good crust slow service
It a great place for a quick pizza. But this visit wasn't like the rest. They where very slow and not very customer oriented. Might have been do to being down on staff or not enough staff being scheduled. Any other time I been here great people
Last night I went into little ceasers the pizza was not hot and ready like they advertise! I had to wait 15mins and there were people coming in after me getting pizza before me...the customer service was HORRIBLE! The girl taking people's orders kept calling everyone "Hun" and instead of taking people's orders she was complaining to the rest of the employees about her drama she was swearing while there were kids in there!!! The employees in the back cooking the pizza we're talking about smoking pot and drugs...there was NOTHING professional about there employees and I mean nothing! The sad part about this all is the girl taking people's I'm pretty sure was eaither a shift leader or a manager......on that note when I did finally get my peperopep pizza it was good but took forever to get.
Pizza tasted decent. But the half that wasn't supposed to contain jalapenos did and it was a big surprise.
When you want something quick and easy Little Caesars is a place to go they have great pizzas great garlic fingers in great wings stop in check it out .🍕🍕🍕
I don’t know what’s going on with this store, but I’ve either been overcharged or my order is wrong. Every time. The employees look dirty and the store looks unsanitary. I remember the old store and how clean. Not to mention the service was always excellent. Plus they used to deliver. This is one pizza place that I (Absolutely Will Not Ever Bring My Family To Again!!!!) Good luck and use a wise mind while dealing with this place.
Decent pizza cheap
Little Caesars in Augusta is probably one of the worst. It’s completely opposite of the little Caesars in Windham. The staff was friendly enough but the food is usually thrown together and when you get crazy bread, it’s mostly dry with no butter or Parmesan on it. It’s kind of a bummer
Store going to shut. People waiting. No hot and ready .Staff always complaining. Dirty store
Your in an out great if your in a hurry.
The food is good WHEN they can cook it right or not screw up your order or give your food to someone else on accident. Nearly every time we order we are told 15 minutes but takes anywhere from 45 mins to an hour at least. I just left there where they had 5 people walk out and the other 10 inside waiting for there orders shaking there heads in disgust. We have given them plenty of chances and EVERY time they do something to disappoint us. Would NOT recommend.
Great crew! Fellas are always great. Pizza doesn't beat street pizza but pretty good
I walked into a Little Caesars this evening to buy a thin crust pizza. I stood at the register for 5 minutes and not one person knowledged that I was even there. After getting tired of waiting and not being acknowledged I assume they did not want my business. I said I'll just take my business to Domino's and I did and as soon as I walk through Domino's doors they greeted me.
Hardly any cold soda... said I could take warm 2 liters... no Pepsi, even though it is a Pepsi refrigerator. Said there are no meal deals, when clearly the sign above their head lists 3 meal deals... didn’t have any thin crust pizza ready, although says hot n ready between 4 and 8 pm. And they wanted to argue with me???????
We ordered, was told the Pizza would be about 6 minutes; Several other people ordered and had their food before us, staff literally disappeared and ignored us, 20ish mins later we got our food, an extra order of crazy bread and a half hearted apology...about what I expected
Quick and easy ordering thru the app
Food good, unfortunately service was poor. I had placed an on app order and got zero sympathy, no "we're sorry" just what do you want? Just annoyed. Order was still wrong but tasted fine.
Decent pizza for a decent price. Definitely different from the other chain pizza places.
There was only one person in the whole store to cook and take orders hot and ready took 25 minutes and it was lunchtime
Not the best pizza in town but good for a quick pie.
Horrible charges me for 3 sodas then refused to answer the phone pizza was half cooked also. But its little ceaser not mad about pizza but when they dont anwser the phone....
I need light sauce for my kids and I rarely get it with light sauce. I always come in store to order it in person thinking i have a better chance of getting it done right if I'm there. Now if you'll excuse me I have to scrape the cheese off to expose the sauce ,then scrape it off so I can reinstall the cheese all over again.
The 2 people working were very friendly and courteous the pizza was good but seemed overcooked like she pushed it back into the oven or didnt take it out in time. It wasn't cut thru so it was a nightmare with no knife available. Tasted ok couldnt eat the crust it was too dark and rock hard. Don't need a Broken tooth. Returned several times .new workers there and excellent friendly service and terrific food !
Stopped in for a deep dish pepperoni for a quick lunch. More than enough for 3 people. Ridiculously delicious! By far, one of the best pizzas that I ever had! All for under $10.
The fellow behind the counter was really great and totally overqualified
Went in and it wasn't busy in augusta little caesars and the person on register was rude. I started to tell him my order and he tried to grab 1 pizza when I wasn't done. I had 4 pizzas in total to order and when I told him that he gave me a rude look. This was 3 hours before they closed and him and the other worker were doing nothing before I came in. I wouldn't even rate this place with one star.
Probably the worst Little Caesers. They never have any hot and ready pizza. The management of this store is terrible in my opinionI went to this store again Oct 11 2019. There are completely new employees from the last time. I called 30 minutes before I arrived to order 2 extra most bestest pepperoni pizzas. My pizzas never got cooked, and I had to reorder. They said 6-10 minutes for the pizza, it took a half an hr. I will not be going to this store again !
Took forever to get anything and tasted terrible
Great location. Placed an order earlier in the week and there was a mistake that was made. It still was good and I called them, just to notify them. Not even really to complain but just said kind of give him a heads up so that they can make sure they paid attention with other orders. The manager working that night, I didn't get her name, was super sweet! She told me to call in tonight and she would remake it for me. It wasn't expensive, for the deep dish with multiple toppings and the tip I left it was probably about $15, $5 less than pizzahut would charge for the same round large pizza before a tip was included...I'm from New Jersey and there, you actually go to Pizza houses or restaurants that make pizza there. Of here, the better pizza places are the fast food chain restaurant pizza places like Little Caesars, Pizza Hut and Dominos. They're the only type of place that you can get a pizza of the same consistency most times that you get it.
Not bad
Was hot but not ready, waited 30 minutes.
The people that work there are awkward and unfriendly, save for one person who was very friendly. I've personally seen them turn customers away(as other reviews have stated) if they come in too late stating that the ovens are turned off. I've worked at the same restaurant for 12 years and we've never turned someone away if we're still open. The food is cheap and it tastes cheap but it's filling. If you want more than pepperoni on your pizza you may as well go across the street to pizza hut and get a better pizza for the same price as the prices add up quickly if you want more than a "hot and ready".
Quick and cheap. Just like I like it.
Extremely slow and poor cutomer service with staffing my 15 min wait was 25 - 30 min wasnt even remotely buisy other coustomers angrier than i after 12hours of work i didnt have the energy to return to the store to show them my overcooked pizza If this is their a team just dont reopen tomorrow
Only person working was clearly under the influence. Had to cancel my "hot and ready" order after waiting 20 minutes.
They make really good food and it is worth it. I just personally think they use to much sauce but everyone is different.
Pete Rose have quotes not that well oven Pizza
Manager there is on drugs you can see her nodding off at the besk half the time.. I've seen it three times myself
My boyfriend went to go get us a pizza tonight. Hes extremely patient with people in retail as he has worked in that position himself before for many years. The people working tonight stood out back and finished their entire conversation while my boyfriend stood at the counter. He was positive the guy saw him too. When finally approached, the guy was extremely rude and essentially talked my boyfriend out of ordering. I get that it was 8:30 and they close at 9 but everyone that's worked in the service industry knows, you're open and you stay open until the customers are met they dont close at 8:30 they close at 9. This resturaunt has been going down hill awhile but I never expected this. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if it goes out of buisiness . Dominoes is killing it and they are taking all the customers that are getting treated poorly.
It wasn’t a pleasant experience by any means. Was waiting about a half hour for a pizza, and one of the workers was in the back just talking on their personal phone the whole time. The lobby had 7 other customers in it. I asked the young man at the register why she wasn’t working, and he told me that was the new manager.. WOW. That’s the manager? A middle aged woman who just talks on her Samsung in the back, INSTEAD OF HELPING ME GET MY PIZZA ORDER! Never coming back again, that new manager should be fired. I think her name was Jerry or something..
Pizza's always great and so affordable too.
My pretzel pizza wasn't a pretzel pizza. It did have salt and cheese sauce on it. However the crust was the regular pizza crust. They did make me 2 more pizzas the following day. Thanks to their manager. She was great and I really ppreciated everything she did. However one of the employees argued with me when I showed him the picture. He stated they don't have a pretzel crust and never have. I asked him why did I order a pretzel pizza then and said that's false advertising. The manager corrected him and explained how they make it a pretzel crust by using a mixture of baking soda and water as well as pressing the crust. The new pizza they made was better but that employee did a half a** job on it. I wasn't impressed with him at all.
Almost decent, but they intentionally mess up every order. I ordered the stuffed crazy bread, and they gave me one whole one and one cut in half to pretend like there were three as advertised. The staff are typical Mainers who can't do anything correctly, let alone their jobs. Scammers!
My kids and I love coming here. Affordable and delicious!
